Qualification-stage scope: The tested NowNest build is designed without analytics, ads, third-party SDKs, accounts, or network access. App data stays on the test device. Support messages are processed separately as described below.
1. Who We Are
NowNest is a qualification-stage product of Foculoom LLC, a California limited liability company. It is not currently available for download. You can reach us via our support page.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The current qualification build is designed to operate entirely offline. Specifically:
- Your NOW context (project, outcome, next action) and parked ideas stay entirely on your device. They are never transmitted to any server.
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising networks in the app.
- We do not build user profiles or track your behavior across apps or websites.
- We do not collect email addresses, names, or any contact information through the app.
- The app does not access the network. There are no API calls, no cloud sync, and no remote storage.
3. Information We May Process
- Website access: If you visit this website, standard web server access logs may be retained by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) in accordance with their data retention policies.
- Support contact: If you contact us via our support page, we receive the content of your message. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.
4. Data Retention
Qualification evidence indicates that app data remains in local storage on the test device and is removed when the build is uninstalled. Support messages are retained only as needed to answer the inquiry or meet legal obligations.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California under CCPA and the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Since NowNest does not collect personal information through the app, these rights primarily apply to support messages. To exercise any right, contact us.
6. Children's Privacy
NowNest is not directed at children and does not collect personal information from children. The app is a general-purpose productivity tool suitable for all ages.
7. Security
Because all app data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us, the primary privacy protection is architectural: there is no server-side data to breach.
